Screw-in heater
Screw-in heaters are a space-saving and cost-effective solution for directly heating liquids. Their advantages include high specific power, small space requirements, easy installation, long service life, controllability and high operational reliability.
In order to ensure the operational safety of screw-in heaters, the heaters must be protected from dry operation without a heat transfer medium and from overheating. For heaters used for heating gases, only heaters with a low surface load should be used due to the relatively low heat transfer, even with adequate thermal protection.
Version: without regulation, or with temperature regulator, or with temperature regulator and safety limiter
Dimensions and features: here
Application areas:
Heating of liquids (water, heat transfer oils, aggressive chemical liquids, etc.), gases (air, flue gases, etc.), where the temperature can be increased with electric heaters. Heating of tanks, flow-through heaters.
In the case of an existing solar panel system or controlled electricity consumption (night power), it can be an effective solution for heating support, DHW production by heating the buffer storage tank, or using an instantaneous heater.
